Community Cooking Classes
- Anyone interested in cooking and hospitality will find exciting course offerings to "fill their plate!" Students will prepare a daily listing of three recipes from their selected cuisine under the teacher's supervision, and will prepare an hors d'oeuvre, a dish for entertaining, and a dessert/bakery item. After preparation is complete students will sit down to enjoy their creations Each class will run for 2.5 hours and will be held in the culinary kitchen at Tri-C's Metropolitan Campus in the evenings and on weekends.
