The CEO Dinner series is one of the Club's longest standing institutions. Each month our Professional Members have the opportunity to join the CEO of a local company for a private dinner. These events are intentionally limited to 12 people so everyone has an opportunity to share in a robust and inclusive discussion.
Attendees can make connections not only with the CEO, but also with the other driven young professionals in attendance. The CEOs represent a wide range of companies and industries and whether big or small, public or private, well-known or niche, good conversation is had by all. This event will be $20 per professional member and will include your dinner at Taza.

Azadeh Hardiman is the Business Leader for Level20, Progressive’s new business incubator. Level20 is built on the principle that people face real problems every day—and deserve real solutions. By addressing the unmet needs of current Progressive customers and the general population, we provoke growth beyond insurance to develop new ideas, products, and services that help people overcome, succeed, and thrive.
Azadeh joined Progressive in 2015 as a Digital of Director in CRM’s Customer Experience organization. In her role, she led the user experience strategy and design for several large-scale digital customer initiates; introduced product design tools and processes to the organization; and grew the team to include a variety of skills that include digital product strategy, design, copywriting, and analytics.
Prior to joining Progressive, Azadeh was a founding team member of mPortal, a start-up technology company that focused on a single idea – people will want to use data on phones (seven years BEFORE the iPhone was introduced). As a founding team member, she wore many hats including operations, product management, business development, and marketing. Azadeh helped grow mPortal into a profitable company in less than three years and worked on product strategy for companies such as Verizon, Disney, ESPN, Time Warner, Comcast, Reliance, and Telus. Azadeh has a degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
Azadeh lives in Shaker Heights with her husband James and three children,. She can be found on weekends at soccer games, exploring Cleveland, and enjoying dinners with family and friends. Azadeh loves reading, podcasts, traveling, music, and dancing. She has served in leadership roles on several nonprofit boards and is currently on the Board of The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio and President of the UVA Alumni Club for Northeast Ohio.
