On Wednesday, April 24th, the Club’s Professional Members will meet at Mitchell's Ice Cream, Second Floor, for the purpose of electing persons to the Board of Directors and certain other items outlined in the attached agenda. Professional Members in Good Standing may vote. 

If you wish to vote on the matters outlined, you must attend the Annual Meeting in person, or submit a duly authorized proxy form to the Club’s General Counsel. If you would like to vote on the matters outlined in the Agenda, but cannot attend the meeting in person, please contact generalcounsel@cleveland2030.org for an official proxy form. Completed proxy forms must be returned to the General Counsel no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024 in order to be deemed timely.
