The CEO Dinner series is one of the organization's longest standing institutions. Professional Members have the opportunity to join local C-suite and high level executive leaders for a private dinner. These events are intentionally limited to 15 to 20 people so everyone has a chance to listen, learn, share and grow together through honest discussion. The speakers represent a wide range of companies and industries, both big and small. Cost to attend is $35, which includes dinner and non-alcoholic beverages at Taza Lebanese Grill. A cash bar is available.

About the CEO

Michelle is a co-founder of FIT and has served in many roles during the company’s history—from software development, to client service, to operations. She currently focuses on human resources as Chief People Officer, and is a driving force of the culture at FIT.

Outside of FIT, Michelle places an emphasis on board service and currently serves on the boards of The Greater Cleveland Partnership and Cleveland Rape Crisis Center. Michelle is a Board Emeritus of Plexus LGBTQ and Allied Chamber of Commerce where she served for over a decade as their Board President.

As an alum of Leadership Cleveland, she is active as a facilitator and committee member. Michelle also speaks locally and nationally on a variety of topics—from entrepreneurship to leadership, equity, and culture development.

Michelle is a self-proclaimed (un)official ambassador of Cleveland, ready to highlight reasons this region is a great place to live and work, or to introduce connections within her network. She supports many nonprofits through events and fundraisers, and is active in civic initiatives throughout the year. In addition, Michelle enjoys cycling and running, cheering on our sports teams, patronizing local restaurants, and organizing efforts at a community garden.
