The CEO Dinner series is one of the organizations longest standing institutions. Professional Members have the opportunity to join a local company's CEO and courageous Community leaders for a private dinner. These events are intentionally limited to 15 to 20 people, so everyone has a chance to listen, learn, share and grow together through honest discussion. The speakers represent a wide range of companies and industries, both big and small. Members costs $35, which includes dinner and  a beverage at the Union Club.

Clark Harvey is the President of Arrowhead Talent Solutions, an executive search and human resources consulting firm in North Canton, Ohio. In this role, Clark works with organizations to source top talent for high-impact positions; provides talent acquisition & human resources consulting; and helps job-seekers on a variety of topics, including resume writing, interviewing, LinkedIn, job search strategies, and more. 

 

In addition, Clark is the Executive Director of Brighter Days Foundation, a non-profit that partners with Columbus-area charities that deliver high quality programs and services with measurable, impactful results. He serves on a variety of boards serving the community.

 

Previously, Clark served in a variety of human resources management and talent acquisition roles at The Timken Company, Diebold Nixdorf, Kenan Advantage Group, and others. He has nearly 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, college recruiting, human resources, and project management in a variety of industries. 

 

Clark earned a bachelor’s degree in corporate communication and a master’s degree in school counseling from Walsh University. He lives in North Canton with his wife, Tara, and their 3 children.
